Please tell me you never thought Walker came up with all those ideas on his own did you? Never. He is not smart enough for that. Walker is only a vessel through which other people's ideas flow and become laws. It is the only way he can function in government. It is the only way he does function in government. When he has to come up with ideas and solutions, he can't. They all come from somebody or somewhere else.
This must be where his "Big Bold Ideas" come from.
