An outrageous situation, for sure. Note that the downtown Milwaukee bridge in question discussed and photographed in this Journal Sentinel story today looks like same bridge I photographed by chance last winter and have used in subsequent postings about the dangers of volatile Bakken oil rail shipments through the state and its biggest city.
I was headed to the Third Ward to meet friends for lunch, saw the train, thought "that's one of those oil trains," pulled over and took a cell phone picture before the train rolled out of view.
