Despite veto, WI legislature moving towards WISDOT audit

Walker knocked it out of the state budget saying (see posting about his vetoes) that the Legislature could do a broad, performance audit of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation whenever it chose - - and it appears as if the chairs of the Legislative Audit Committee are moving towards just that.
