WI missing renewable energy, jobs

Check this new map: Regrettably, the data show how much better Wisconsin could be doing if Walker and the ruling GOP had the will - - even the interest.

  1. Screw clean air & water. Increasingly, those being attacked by Scott Walker in the name of out-of-state multinational corporate interests and out-of-state billionaires have no reason to stand up for the envirnment.

The economic terrorism, which no one will call-out for what Walker's austerity agenda actually is, means people are having to worry about fundamental things like a roof over your head, clothing, and food (even if it is toxic) to starve off hunger and homelessness.

It isn't going to be the little guy that gets out to play in what was once a beautiful Wisconsin landscape.

Renewable energy could be a powerful jobs tool, but it will never be so under our crony capitalism. Oil interests have dominated this county for more than 100 years.

There will not be enough private sector investment in green energy as the military-industrial-media complex does not profit off it.

The big money is in endless wars for oil and various direct and indirect subsidies to oil interests.

The notion that there is a "free market" in advanced capitalism is a lie and so are proclaimations that somehow multinational financial interests will invest in green energy.

We have repeatedly seen they will not. Why should they?

They control these same markets right now and are controlling our government to prevent anyone from doing anything about this monopolistic practices.

This is the very definition of fascism, merging the government with powerful monopolistic interests to ensure that there are no free markets.
