I'm not a big fan of taxpayer-subdized sports arenas - - though the news Milwaukee Bucks' ownership says it wants from a new arena substantial off-the-court development and entertainment, too - - but the good international media Milwaukee is getting after the team toured London and played to a sold-out crowd there does speak to the intangibles for the city and state by Milwaukee retaining its NBA franchise.
The Milwaukee Bucks piled yet more misery on the New York Knicks in Thursday night’s NBA encounter at the O2 Arena.
The Bucks romped to a 95-79 victory and closed the gap on Chicago at the top of the Central Division while the Knicks suffered a 16th straight defeat.
