We'll see if West Allis and Greenfield have better luck than the City of Milwaukee has had when they try to get WisDOT to look at history, real traffic data and damage to the municipalities' tax base.
Their goal is to prevent the unnecessary widening of Highway 100 and the loss of taxable property in the corridor.

All West Allis and Greenfield citizens who voted for Scott Walker, raise your hands! YOU helped make this happen.
ReplyDeleteExactly, you Archie Bunker types that voted for Walker because he stuck it to "those people" who are the "takers" just found out who the real tax-raising takers are. THE ROAD BUILDERS and their GOP allies at the Capitol
DeleteIf Wisconsin's Democratic party is to rise from the ashes it has to begin standing up for people who are being steamrolled by out of control power hungry politicians who no longer work for the people but rather serve only corporate and business interests! The Democratic party has to become the voice of the people, the underdogs who are now being left out of a government for the people, by the people and of the people, It's time for them to show the people exactly what runaway government one party domination is doing to them and how it bodes ill for their future. It's time for them to refused to be silenced and to be on the front page of every paper and not allow the media to give Walker license to spread his lies It's time the Democratic PARTY BECOMES THE VOICE OF THE PEOPLE NOT A VOICE FOR THE PEOPLE!
