Do I hear an "All Aboard" at WisDOT?

I hope so.

I hope it's the sound of sound passenger rail policy even at Scott Walker's WisDOT.

And a recognition that Wisconsin needs the jobs and the intercity business, tourism and cultural connections that can bring.
