What surplus? We spent $242 million more than we took in last fiscal year, and it'll be more like an $850 million deficit this year.
ReplyDeleteJust because a small amount of money was banked from a one-time increase doesn't mean we're close to fiscally sound. In fact, we're probably worse off now than when Walker took office.
