G. would seem to mean if people are not successful in obtaining an ID THE ELECTION SHOULD BE RULED INVALID OR AT LEAST THE FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION SHOULD OVERSEE OR INVESTIGATE VOTER DISENFRANGIZING.
