"Wrong-Way" Walker, Proven

So the right direction includes a projected Wisconsin budget deficit of $642 million.
As I said over the weekend, that's the kind of 'right direction' steered by the Costa Concordia captain.

    That $642 million is before the revenue shortfalls and $93 million Medicaid deficit appeared. It's more like $1 billion now.
