In Walker's Wisconsin, Alabama Values. Again.

The Cap Times notes that Wisconsin is second only to Alabama in per-pupil state dollar cuts to public schools.

We've seen rankings like this, and worse, before:

WISCONSIN LEADS THE NATION IN CUTTING SCHOOL FUNDING
Which helps economic growth, how, exactly, Gov. Walker? And wouldn't it be a lot better to be second to, say, Minnesota, the economic star of the Great Lakes region?
