The four places this devastating critique will fall on deaf ears in Wisconsin at public and environmental expense are: the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, WisDOT, Scott Walker's office and all legislative nodes of the Political/Road-builders Complex.

So we spend more money on costly new lanes and ramps at the same time more farm land is lost.

Sprawl as state policy is a losing, self-defeating financial and developmental proposition.
