Get Ready For Fresh Jobs Fail Excuse From Walker

New Federal jobless claims for early February show Wisconsin with the largest increase in the entire country - - more than big states like NY, NJ, PA and OH - - so as I wrote not long ago, Scott Walker will no doubt add the weather to his litany of finger-pointing away from three years of failed leadership, jobs promises, policies and institutions, like WEDC.

Ideologues make for flawed Governors and failed outcomes.

Here is a link to the the data, this key line and the sickly hilarious "No comment" supplied by the state by way of explanation:

The news release accompanying the data release explains:
The largest increases in initial claims for the week ending February 1 were in Wisconsin (+5,041), New York (+4,830), Pennsylvania (+2,448), New Jersey (+1,853), and Ohio (+1,780), while the largest decreases were in California (-9,631), Georgia (-2,558), Indiana (-2,444), Michigan (-2,411), and Florida (-1,387).

and another about Walker's habitual, responsibility-evading finger-pointing.

  1. My prediction is that he will make no comment on this at all. It will be all be lost in the upcoming barrage of anti-Dem ads from the Republican Governors.
