John Doe 2.0 Takes A Hit

Subpoenas quashed, per the Journal Sentinel and also the Wall Street Journal:
The Wall Street Journal's opinion page reported Friday night that it had obtained a copy of Peterson's ruling. The paper said the judge wrote that the quashed subpoenas "do not show probable cause that the moving parties committed any violations of the campaign finance laws."

  1. Nov 27, 2012 – Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: “Scott Walker told a dairy farming group Tuesday that he is hopeful the (John Doe) case would end soon, maybe this week.” And then it did.

Dec 18, 2013 - Associated Press via the New Richmond News: “Walker told the AP he hopes the investigation ends soon.” And then it did.

Walker seems to have a pipeline to inside information where the John Doe(s) are concerned.

Maybe there’s still hope the Feds will get these “friends of Scott Walker” on some sort of money-laundering charges – something just doesn't pass the "smell test" where these shadow groups are concerned.

  2. Gimme a real source (and not Bice or the WSJ, who are getting their stuff from real operatives).

Does anyone here NOT think there is illegal coordination here? Heck, Walker asked for it in the "David Koch" phone call
