And we wonder whether the proposed Kenosha casino and its jobs becomes a less urgent matter for officials, given that the casino would merely shift jobs from Milwaukee and not create new ones." So...I guess he is setting the stage for no Casino.
Is that last paragraph even an accurate statement? Only a shift in jobs, none created? And will the jobs question even be the deciding factor for the governor? There seem to be a lot of interests at play in the Kenosha casino decision, not all of them local or in state.
