Will Courts Allow Dogs Into WI Wolf Hunt On Dec. 2nd?

The bloody slog to a 251 Wisconsin wolf kill this season drags on with about three dozen wolves left to be legally 'harvested.'

Under state law, hunting dogs were to be allowed beginning December 2nd after the deer season closed, but wolf-chasing dogs are still barred from wolf hunting because the matter is in the appellate courts.

Anyone have an educated guess? Will the 'harvest quota' be met by then, mooting the issue for 2013? Will the court decide before December 2nd? Will there be a further appeal?
