Here is a tid bit for you conspiracy types. Elizabeth Kluesner is DNR's director of Local and Federal Relations. Her husband, former Representative Dave Kluesner is Regional Government Relations Manager at International Paper and a member of the Wisconsin Paper Council. How tidy it all is.
Take a look into State Sen. Tom Tiffany, elected in 2012. He's a Mining Bill co-sponsor who is prominently mentioned in the United Sportsmen stories this week, and his signature is on the first line on the list of GOP signers asking that United Sportsmen get the grant. Right next to Scott Suder.
