GOP State Sen. Glenn Grothman, (R-West Bend) during a recent hearing about whether to close public access to thousands of acres in Northern Wisconsin that might someday be mined.
I've seen this video before, but it warrants watching and sharing. Grothman is arrogant and dismissive.
