A violation of Wisconsin law.
According to the law, providing security without a license can be punished with a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 and three to six months of incarceration. In addition, DSPS [Department of Safety and Professional Services] can bar a firm from providing security services in the state for one year for failing to comply with the law.When will the law-and-order Wisconsin Attorney General, J.B. Van Hollen, (R), bring the appropriate charges?
It is really a shame that a company feels compelled and has a need to employ armed security.
ReplyDeleteHowever, the liberals in this state have shown a propensity towards violent activities and death threats in the past. Given that questionable and threatening behavior, it is hard to fault a company for wanting to protect it's own employees.
Fill out the application and they will go on there way.
They broke the law now charge them. You or I would certainly be.
ReplyDeletePlease state ONE CASE where a 'liberal" was arrested and CONVICTED for any "violent activity" related to free speech protesting. Just one case in Wisconsin.
