Why Are Epic System's Six Wind Turbines Sitting Idle?

Are they connected to the grid yet? Isn't a baking-hot day like this the right time to reduce fossil fuel burn with green wind energy?

Inquiring blog readers who've been watching the motionless turbines in the Dane County of Springfield these past months and note the steady southwest wind want to know.
