Glad To Hear Walker Really Enjoys His Job, And Why Not?

Wisconsin Secretary of Administration Mike Huebsch gushingly affirms that Scott Walker enjoys being Governor, and is likely to run for re-election - - since being a frequent flyer to Presidential primary states in between part-time hours here is an awesome political set-up - - but here's the real question:

 Why is the taxpayer-paid Huebsch making these pronouncements? 
Yes. I mean, I'm not going to announce it today, but I'm sure that the governor will run for governor again because it's a job that he does very well and he enjoys very, very much. I mean, I can't announce that he's going to do that, but I would be amazed if he didn't."
Isn't this a task for a Walker for Governor appartchik?

Didn't these people learn anything from the only-Gov.-in-the-US-with-a-legal-defense-fund?

    As a graduate of the highly-esteemed Oral Roberts University, Huebsch undoubtedly has a direct line to God, who keeps him informed of all things going on in Walker's brain, except for the really nasty bits.
