Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke, Double-Standard Champion

On the one hand, he's in a master's program sponsored in California by the federal government.

On the other hand, he's getting an award from a group recognizing his stance against the federal government.

    if the Bull Conner Memorial Association of Southern Sheriffs from the 60s wanted to honor him, do you think he'd accept?
