Milwaukee Council's Transpo Expert Offers I-94 Alternatives

I'd recommend careful analysis of Ald. Bob Bauman's response to Federal Judge Lynn Adelman's ruling that the Zoo Interchange reconstruction plan development and rebuilding spending is severely deficient and discriminatory.

Bauman has long been a transit advocate.
