I saw where that doofus tried to take credit with "ending tenure in Wisconsin public schools." Problem is that Wisconsin public schools NEVER HAD TENURE, and teachers could always get removed. But Walker was counting on the ignorance of Iowa GOPs and a media who wouldn't call him out in such a lie.
