Dems Want WEDC Fixed Before Its Budget Is Approved

Democrats at the State Capitol want the Joint Finance Committee to defer action on the budget for the scandal-ridden Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, but the key committee is run by Republicans, so don't bet on it.

Walker, the WEDC chair, is said to be calling a meeting where the state's recent and scalding audit will be discussed, then white-washed, since the agency was Walker's sop to the private sector on job-creation, and there's no way he will do or call for any substantive repairs to something he will never acknowledge is broken.

But good for the Dems to keep up the pressure.
