We'll See How Long It Takes The DNR To Assertively Deal With Sprayed Manure

The more that large farming and dairy operations expand towards smaller farms and residential settings, the more that airborne manure irrigation will conflict with quality of life.

And whither the DNR in the deregulated Scott Walker era?
