Paul Ryan doesn't want to be President. He only wants his cushy government job forever and will do the minimum work that he has to do to keep it. He's nothing more than a government moocher, a taker.
I agree with James. Ryan discussed his presidential aspirations as recently as yesterday, saying that POTUS was the only future office he has any interest in running for.
