David Clarke, Officially Off The Rails

He's armed with too much anger:
Fresh off his interview on a national radio show whose host  has peddled the idea that the 9-11 terrorist attacks were an inside job, Clarke is now accusing Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele of "penis envy" and is playing the race card in their ongoing dispute.

    since he runs the jail, that's actually shorthand for penitentiaries envy.

    I think Sheriff Clarke is spot-on with his "penis envy" rip on Chris Abele.

    Is there any bigger D#CK in Milwaukee County goverment than Sheriff David Clarke?
