Environmental writer Gary Wilson put up an
interesting piece at Great Lakes Echo about the role of litigation and activisn
There is no single road to success when it comes to implementing and
enforcing environmental laws. Collaboration and negotiation play an
important role, but when those tools don’t work legal action is the

Food for thought on a host of Great Lakes issues - - from invasive species to Compact compliance.
