Sununu, former Gov. of New Hampshire, decided that former Defense Secretary Colin Powell - - a Republican - - endorsed President Obama because Obama and Powell are African-American. Remember that Powell endorsed Obama in 2008, too.
Said Sununu, a Romney surrogate and the campaign's co-chair:
"I think when you have somebody of your own race that you're proud of being president of the United States, I applaud Colin for standing with him."
Sununu only stated the obvious. I will bet that you also think this but are just too obsessed with appearing to be unbiased to admit it. The person who reports a crime is normally one of the top suspects. Obama is looking more and more like the angry black man every day. He can shuck and Jive pretty good in front of the camera, but his presidency has been a failure.
ReplyDeleteObama has a "white" mother and a "black" father, so why is "black" the default race for him? This is just a modern version of the old "one drop of blood" racial theory popular among southern slave holders. It's a shame that so many Americans still haven't grown up.
ReplyDeleteWow Anonymous 5:37 am, Losing much sleep over some of Romney's more obvious issues with honestly? I hope so. He cannot settle on what his candidacy stands for and has alienated large segments of the population including: African Americans, Native Americans, Latinos, union memeber, Working women and Women who want reproductive freedom, with his flip-flopping.
ReplyDeleteSununu only stated the obvious.
ReplyDeleteBy this logic, I am African-American also. Which will come as quite a shock to my parents, let me tell you.
Follow Sununu's logic to a conclusion: Is he supporting Romney because he's white? Anonymous@5:37 is apparently living in the wrong century in a country I do not recognize.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous at 5:37 is anonymous because they are an f'n BIGOT and a COWARD
