Plea Hearing Thursday Suggests Fresh Cooperation Against Walker

[Note - - hearing day corrected to Thursday.]

As I predicted two weeks ago  - - The Madison State Journal is reporting a deal is imminent in the misconduct case against former Kelly Rindfleisch, deputy chief of staff to then-Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker.

Looks like she will join Darlene Wink, another Walker aide who has pleaded guilty,  as a cooperating witness as the John Doe grinds on.
Rindfleisch, 43, of Columbus, is scheduled to go to trial next week on four felony charges of misconduct in public office. Prosecutors accused Rindfleisch of doing campaign work while at her taxpayer-funded job as deputy chief of staff to Walker when he was Milwaukee County executive.

...the two sides are scheduled to meet in Milwaukee County Circuit Court at 1:30 p.m. Thursday to present a tentative deal to Judge David Hansher.
