The Right Is Ripping Today's Marquette Poll, But...

The same poll just about predicted the exact outcome of the June 5th recall election.

"First you love me, then you snub me..."

  1. Please keep thinking that Obama will win by 14 and Baldwin by 9.

Then you can take your head out of the sand on the morning of November 7th and wonder what just happened.

  2. I said in initial post about the polls that they show trends in the Dems' favor.

Talk radio today with its fear-driven commentary proves me right.

  3. I remember the comments proceeding the Recall Election were glowingly praised by the
Republicans. I guess it depends on who the numbers favor not the accuracy of their polls.

  5. I believe it was Scott Walker who said that you have be leading by at least 5% in the polls to win Wisconsin. He was referring to voter (not election) fraud. We know that voter fraud is rare (unless you were once married to a certain Republican Representative) so we have to wonder what Walker was talking about. Was he really referring to election fraud? Will the polls hold up under touch screen programing?

  6. Anonymous 9:24am- I'm wondering quite the same thing about the recall results. I'm betting that Charlie Franklin won't look so "on-target" when Wisconsin Wave drops their results in a few weeks.

And this poll isn't right either, it's Dem +8 on the audience when it's usually Dem +4 or so on Election Day in Wisconsin. Much like how the Obama +1 poll earlier this week had a GOP +3 screen. Both indicate Obama's up around 6-8 when you adjust, and that seems right.

Get it to double digits, and all these presidential ads will go away. The corrupt JournalComm will be sad, but the rest of us will like it. Let's do it.
