More like a grand slam, out of the ballpark.
Apparently he didn't listen to the stale Obama speech.
The guy is moderate, maybe slightly leaning right.
I'm not like others in that I don't need someone else to tell me how poor the speech was.
"Slightly leaning right?" Read his resume. He is a long-time GOP campaign adviser, manager, and paid staffer, etc.
I'm interested in what people have to say with whom I disagree. That's why I post your comments. It's not a matter of being told what to think. Your mind is more closed than I realized.

He helped run McCain's campaign. He ran Arnold Schwarzenegger's campaign for governor and he is a supporter of gay marriage.
That is hardly what I would call a conservative. Yes, we'll take his vote in November, but let's not have him write the platform for the next Repulican convention.
He also worked in the White House for Bush and Karl Rove. Managed the Supreme Court nomination of Sam Alito.
