ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this James. I had this feeling that the deaths were up just from reading the daily news. On another note it appears that the DMV has been late in sending out renewal notices. As a result late fees have to be paid. When paying for it online, one has to watch a video on wearing seatbelts. You are required to watch it every time you go to a different page. There's no skipping it. It's rather authoritarian.
