Theorized Walker/Doe Charging Threshold Fast Approaching

There was cautionary discussion in this recent, authoritative Dan Bice piece about whether more John Doe charges might be filed suggesting that filings made less than 30 days before the June 5th recall election could be construed as politically-unfair.
William Jennaro, who served 12 years on the bench after working as a Milwaukee County prosecutor, suggested a moratorium on new criminal charges in the 30 days before an election.

Jennaro said he believes Chisholm, a Democrat, could initiate new charges against aides to the Republican governor before May 5 - but not after.

"That would shout partisanship," said Jennaro, who has given primarily to Democratic candidates. "The fact that the election is coming up - and there's a date specific - is a known factor, and fairness would dictate respecting a neutral time zone."
Today is 33 days out from the June 5th election, so this could be crunch time as that "neutral time zone" approaches - - after which one side or the other in the Walker recall battle is going to be really upset, no?
