Cross-Over Dems Will Not Give Santorum WI Win

There won't be much mischievous voting today, and Romney will win the GOP primary tonight because Dems are Dems - - lacking interest in voting craftiness - - and will vote for Obama.

Besides, a Santorum vote to muddy the waters for Romney goes on your permanent record.

  1. I agree Santorum is too far behind now, but people still did that. They had planned to do it and even though Santorum is now said to be "out" they just went with the plan anyways. (I don't mean me either, I stayed home, which happens more and more all the time now)
And the only thing that goes on your permanent record is the stuff you say on Facebook*, now that Zuckerberg has a deal allowing private business to deep-mine ALL Facebook communications. For whatever reason (lol) Democrats do not seem as disturbed by that situation as they are with employers wanting password access. Both are equally ridiculous, but the ONE situation is better anti-Republican political weaponry than the other gross privacy violation at the hands of Politico. Both acts are ridiculous, but the one is billed as omgHEINOUS! and the other is, you know....helpful. It's all BS.
So, go ahead and vote for Santorum, just stay the heck away from Facebook.
    ...or politics, whichever.

*also the stuff you say on your phone and in emails, all of which is collected and stored at that NSA behemoth in Utah. Dood, you can't hide.

  3. Anonymomi, and Dood - - Don't interpret my "permanent record" throwaway wisecrack too, shall we say, liberally.

It was meant along the lines of "you'll know in your heart you did it," or "your friends will never let you forget it."

  4. What makes so sure smarty pants? I voted for the Sanitorium and enjoyed it, hoping that this lovely charade would continue into Pennsylvania.

My intuition, and a longtime watching and working in campaigns.

  8. President Obama did not need my vote this morning. I voted for the frothy mixture, then returned home to take a shower.

  9. I voted for Newt Gingrich. He deserves a bit of gratitude for opening the Pandora's box of Romney's business career.
Besides voting for a double-adulterer was more fun than voting for a prig.

  10. Ohhhh, rilly, there weren't many Dems crossing over for the Santorum?

Check out Recess Supervisor's report of the voting on the east side of Madison. Who knew those wards were such strongholds of the extreme right wing? The report is a hoot.

  11. What I said was that cross-overs would not tip the election to Santorum.
