At the big ultra-conservative gathering in Washington, DC tonight, Scott Walker shared, with no sense of shame, irony or whisper of
a Mr. John Doe, a Heavenly-inspired, gaudily-inflated sense of himself as
he raised more money to spend against phantom opponents:
"Lord help us if we fail," he said. "I'm not planning on it, but if we
were to fail, I think this sets aside any courageous act in American
politics for at least a decade if not a generation."
"Dear lord, may Scott Walker spend a good part of that decade or generation he was talking about, in prison."
