Here Are The Show Times For This Week's State Capitol InsiderFest

You can get to Madison beginning Tuesday morning through Thursday to put in your two cents worth on the wetlands deregulation bill and on transportation planning [Sic], but the stacked decks and insider influences already in place suggest your two cents is more than covered by bigger spenders' chips and chits.

On the wetlands issue - -  and here's some background from the Wisconsin Builders Association about the bill which it says past and current insiders helped write - - this is the schedule:
Assembly Committee on Natural Resources Tuesday, January 10, 2012, 10:30 a.m., State Capitol Room 412 East
Public Hearing on AB 463, Wetlands Deregulation Bill

Senate Natural Resources and Environment Committee
Thursday, January 12th, 1:00 p.m., State Capitol Room 411 South
Public Hearing on SB 368, Wetlands Deregulation Bill

On the transportation (read:highways) issue - - and here's some information on the backgrounds of members making up this Walker-created, highway-friendly commission - - this is the schedule for a two-part hearing Thursday. Both are Commission sessions, though the first will take testimony only from invited groups:
