Loans To Business, OK - - Most Of The Time. But Grants?

The Sendik's market n Shorewood is a small business, and I can see a modest grant given it because the owners are absorbing some personal financial risk, and also because the Village of Shorewood is embarking on a major project next door that will disrupt the grocer - - but $4.1 million handed over to a mega-corporation like Walgreens?

On top of a low-interest loan?

C'mon! That's wrong.

And why would Roundy's, with a store on the edge of the project, expect nothing less when it begins a probable upgrade?

    well, obviously Sendik's does not reach the threshold to qualify for special treatment.

    Really, it's their own fault for not being born to Job Creating Families like Waltons or Kochs.
