Not surprising that a group that would run fake candidates, threaten to falsely collect recall signatures and destroy them, file bogus recall paperwork for fund-raising advantages and tamper with election redistricting calenders, registrations and voting would also send cyber attackers to take down the website of the main recall movement.
...United Wisconsin said its website was the victim of a cyber attack.Any statements about any of this from GOP Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen.
"Our web team reports that this attack was coordinated and deliberate," said Meagan Mahaffey of United Wisconsin. "Clearly this was done to deny the people of Wisconsin access to the materials we are providing for the Walker recall efforts in less then 24 hours. The attack, what is known as a Distributed Denial of Service Attack, flooded our servers at approximately 2 p.m. At this time the source of this attack is not fully know. Despite these efforts to stifle the voice of the people, United Wisconsin and its partners are not shaken. The efforts to recall Scott Walker and Rebecca Kleefisch are continuing as planned."
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
We must end the GOP monopoly in Wisconsin! Walker must go!
ReplyDeleteThou protesteth too much.
ReplyDeleteYou haven't even gotten out of the box yet and already you are victims?
This isn't going to go well for you.
Whatsamatta?
ReplyDeleteDidn't you believe Walker when he said today in a press conference (in response to a question about his recall) that he was "committed to working together to move Wisconsin forward?" And that "all he knows how do to is to grow jobs?" And that he "has a plan?"
I dunno about you, but I'm still waiting to hear that plan.
As to his Eagle Scout status, he seems to have misheard: he better fits the mold of an Evil Scout.

A comment or a threat? Please consider clearing that up for the readers here.
Its generally referred to as out of the "blocks," as in a track meet foot race, but apparently you've also missed all of the organizational efforts underway leading up to today.
Easy to see who's hasn't found their way out of a box.
Au contraire, Anonymous, November 14, 10:26 pm: It's not going to go well for you. What you are doing is called "whistling in the dark" or "whistling past the graveyard." If it makes you feel better, go ahead, but it's not going to do you any good.
