as if they can damage the morale of those of us at dwd any more, now we have this revolving door to inspire confidence in the leadership of our department and the state as a whole. i hope one or both of the ex secretaries has enough of a sense of the public interest to reveal the real reason he left - but i'm not holding my breath.
