    How about a 4 yr college degree with a minor in finance to become govenor.

    I am absolutely ashamed to claim Walker as our govenor. His character traits are the worse I have ever seen. He says that he was an eagle scout. Honesty must not have been part of the requirements. Only lies and deception comes from his mouth. I hope he is ousted and his politcal career is over forever!!!
