Forget all those pesky rules that keep the air and water clean for the rest of us, says Plastics Man.
He'll vote against the debt-ceiling and spending reduction bill (not enough cuts, not enough recognition for the 'jobs-creators'), so will vote for deeper cuts to the EPA and other programs underpinning the common good when those opportunities roll around.
Maybe cuts to the Federal Election Commission, too?
The political baggage just keeps piling up. Too bad it can't be unpacked for six years.
ReplyDeleteRon Johnson likes to talk about how the government should be run like a business. If he ran his business the way he wants the government to run, his business would be broke. Why? Because to run his business the way he wants to run the government, he would have to sign a pledge with Grover Norquist never to raise prices for any reason. If his material costs went up 50 percent, lay off workers and cut costs or something, can't raise prices. Wisconsin has never elected a poorer excuse for a public official....oh, wait...
ReplyDeleteAt least he could figure out how to be there on time and cast his vote.
