When Righty Commenters Amuse

It's a toss-up which of the reflexive right commenters entertain me more:

The ones who complain when I don't leap to their beck and call by posting their comment immediately, as if I have nothing else to do but sit at a computer, wait for their pearls and put them up in a nano-second, or;

The ones who see a delay as censorship.

The ones who dare me to post their comment.

Really: you people should get your own blogs.

  1. I'm not crying wolf here and my point was valid. My comment was made, and then throughout the day other comments were posted while mine was not.

I fully respect that this is your blog and you can obviously post anything you want. I also appreciate that you almost always post comments made by us "righties." However, I have seen a bit more "selectivity" as of late and I wasn't sure if the conservatives were starting to wear you down.

  2. Whatever will you do when I go on vacation?

  3. When you go on vacation we will have to go to the WI Democratic Party & WI public union websites to read exactly how Walker and all politicians with (Rep) after their names are evil reincarnate.

  4. Where are you headed?

Alaska or Greenland sound pretty appealing with the mercury topping 100^ this week.

Just curious... Do you limit your vacation to destinations only reachable by bus or rail?

Either way, enjoy your time and safe travels.

  6. Oh man up.
It's just silly to check back to see if your drivel made it through moderation or not. Who hovers nervously over their own comments. Have your say, and move on.
I think I checked once. LOL maybe twice. And only because I was wondering if I was annoying enough to the person that I was wasting my time typing my remarks. And I recall getting huffy at old James, here but I don't remember why. I think that's just because that's what I do.
But in spite of that I am well aware that ultimately if I'm so annoying that a person deletes all my stuff it's on me.
It's like dating - the other party has no obligation to return your interest, respond to your garbage, support your reality or proceed with interaction if they don't want to. There's a blog I KNOW is 300% guaranteed to delete my crap. If I comment there anyways, it's for this sick sad glee of proceeding against all logic But I would not dream of complaining, it would take the fun out of it. If you're THAT horrible, wear it with pride for god's sake.

Right-wing people bother me a lot when they operate on base assumptions and expect "rights" that they have been raised to take for granted in these here Yoo-nited States, but are simultaneously now working to destroy, yet they piss and moan when they don't enjoy those Liberal Perks, that they...claim to detest.
Specifically, the idea that there is such a thing as a Public Arena where the "host" of any venue has this huge moral obligation to be all-inclusive, to not discriminate, to be "tolerant", to allow and respect all faiths and views. To be a big, welcoming, loving melting-pot of ideas and discourse. Then those same f-wads turn around and scream about how a guy should be able to Not Allow Negroes on his Private Business, and how Liberals Are Mentally Ill. And how Bad Public Television Is. And that old namby-pamby too inclusive Secular Humanism that is running rampant in our education system.

I, as a "conservative", have a right to stomp on all your throats, you filthy differently gendered people!

But waaaaah boo-freaky-hoo. That guy over there won't play host to my oh-who-cares lame comments.

Cry me a freakin' river. Or - admit that numerous bed-wetting Liberal values are necessary for a fully functioning society. And that you love them and need them. And whine when you don't get them.
    herp derp.
