As I've said before, I don't know how these Walker people sleep at night. If they're awake, they might want to call their pals at the Wisconsin Club For Growth and tell them their Wednesday email's got some problems:
...half the new jobs created in the United States during June were created here.
Walker & Co.'s unfamiliarity with the truth and basic standards of fact-based governing is really shocking. That’s not a typo. The entire U.S. economy created a net 18,000 new jobs in June. Wisconsin created almost 13,000 in the private sector and shed about 3,000 in the public sector for a net gain of about 9,500.

ReplyDeleteSee it, believe it. 1000 jobs lost in the EC metro area in June. Not that you'd probably consider this to be "metro" but you know...we do.
But this should get a little publicity - shouldn't it? geeeez.
I find it hard to believe that the entire US produced a mere 18,000 jobs.
ReplyDeleteHow about using the forced retirements of countless public servants in Wisconsin as job losses caused by Walker's bomb.
