New Ballot Bags Do Not Constitute Waukesha Election Reform; How About A New System, Personnel?

Moving to better, tamper-proof ballot bags in Waukesha County is something of a no-brainer and doesn't rate cartwheels by election officials, voters or observers.

How about a top-to-bottom overhaul wherein current County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus goes back to openly partisan Republican work and replaced by a someone managing state-of-the-art procedures without keeping election results on a password protected private computer?
