Two Signals From Republicans About State Supreme Court Action Raise A Question

First there was the stated belief last week from Department of Administration Secretary Mike Huebsch that the high court would be ruling any day on the legality of how Scott Walker's union-busting plan was approved.

Now there is Assembly Speaker Jeff Fitzgerald's virtual demand for immediate action.

Do they know anything? Or is this just anohter power play?
