Little Minds To Open Big Mines
Xoff has the details of a plan to change state law and give mining companies the same easy access to mineral deposits in Wisconsin that they enjoy in Bananastan.
Frac sand. Frac sand. Frac sand. watch for it, these types of mines are coming. Whatever iron ore mines ease in as far as decreased regulations also benefit the sand mines that are "hovering" and waiting to happen as oil depletes. They want the Canadian shield, that kinda means WI
You can't help but get the feeling that these things are being done to "stick it" to the environmentalists as much as for any other reason. Walker seems to be seeing how much damage he can do as quickly as possible.
Can you say "frac sand operations to hit the driftless region & mississippi river valley?
