Law and tradition were pretty severely trashed on March 9 when the union-busting bill was rushed to a vote, a court is told.
And this pre-dates the publication of the bill as 'law,' which a judge has enjoined.
This further delay, or perhaps derail the bill's approval. Senate Majority Leader Scott Fizygerald, Scott Walker and his Department of Administration - - managed by a former state legislative leader, Mike Huebsch - - all should have known better. Their job is to uphold law, not smother and mangle it.
Bottom line: The Republicans are losing support and face as elections next Tuesday statewide amount ro referenda on their leadership.

ReplyDeleteWhy would a Supreme Court election be a referandum on the Republicans? I thought it was a non partisan position? It must be easy to be a lefty since your standards switch so easy, but lefties have no standards. I learned that a long time ago.
You are reading words impossibly literally.
