Milwaukee County Board Welcomes Abele With Spending Spree

Milwaukee County Executive-elect Chris Abele is to be sworn in Monday.

Today the County Board of Supervisors, anxious to let him know who runs the show, sent him a greeting card worth $-1.2 million.
